We are delighted to announce that APF 2016 will be held on the 15/16/17th September 2016 and we are returning to exactly the same site as last year. APF 2014 was a huge success with over 270 exhibitors and 17,000 visitors attending and we have had an unprecedented amount of requests from exhibitors wishing to re-book the same stand for 2016 as well as a lot of new companies looking to book space next time.
As the layout for APF 2016 will be almost identical to APF 2014 we are very pleased to offer all 2014 exhibitors first refusal on the same site they had last time. Exhibitors have until 31st August this year to book and pay in full for the same stand they had at APF 2014. Exhibitors wishing to increase or change their site may to do this from the 1st September until 30th September. From 1st October any remaining space will be opened to new exhibitors.
Exhibitors wishing to change their stand are recommended to book their original site to begin with, to avoid losing it if the stand they wish to move to does not become available.
2014 Exhibitors now have five months to re-book their original stand. The stand will need to be paid for in full by 31st August to confirm the booking. Exhibition Secretary, Ian Millward said “We are anticipating very heavy demand for sites as we sold out in 2014 and I urge all 2014 exhibitors to book early to avoid risking losing their site”
